Images Replaced with Filenames

Not sure if this is a forum bug or not. I'm using Firefox and some images (avatars, emoji) load correctly but it looks like inline images and signatures are just being replaced with filenames:


It seems like other people can see these. Any ideas?

I have a problem with pictures not loading correctly or tweets not showing up occasionally, but I figured it wasn't an issue on Vanilla's end.
