On Friday in the league of legends crowd some big rugby player looking dude jumped into the crowd to catch a ziggs bomb stressball and elbowed me in the face almost breaking my nose. Then my girlfriend and I had to go and get an ice-pack from the very nice security guy. After this I was in too much pain to continue at PAX and so both my girlfriend and I had to go home and we missed out on most of the event.
Is it possible to get a ticket refund in this situation? I already took a day off work so it cost me the price of two tickets and a day of annual leave just to get hit in the face.

Considering there aren't normally refunds for any reason I am going to guess no, but that's the place to get an official response.
