For those of you that like to stare at beards, here is an Instagram of beards. An Instabeard if you will.

http://instagram.com/beardbrand I HAVE NO IDEA IF THEY ARE SFW OR NOT!

If you are self conscious about your beard, don't look here it's just models. Take it from a lady, never look at models.

It has been slower going than I remember.

It'd take me three or four months to get even that much.

I keep a chin beard year round and hate hw I look with a naked chin now. I can't bring myself to shave it in order to compete fairly.

This year I can participate because I left a job that required me to be clean shaven for the past 5 years. I have no idea what I look like with a beard. I am so excited!

This blows my mind. Are there really places that FORBID you to have a beard? That seems more than a little insipid.

You shaved too hard. That's the exact opposite of what you should be doing.

All you people complaining about itchiness. I've had a consistent beard for going on 10 years.

    You people don't know itchiness.

UPS had a pretty strict dress code for management. No beards, but mustaches were allowed for some reason. No visible tattoo no piercings. Dress shirt and pants everyday, even though the facility had no heating or AC

I've seen guys come in with 5 o'clock shadows that were forced to go to the washroom and shave with disposable razors the manager kept around.

Weird. Back when I wokred at the porn shop we had UPS drivers show up all the time with beards and tattoos; that was about 20 years ago now tho.

This wasn't a customer-facing facility, and the dress code applied to management
Drivers had their own crazy rules, trust me UPS was super strict about how people should look when wearing their uniform

    Wait

Doesn't UPS also like, not employ people and call them "private contractors" so they don't have to give benefits

I know a lot of places won't let you have the shitty growing phase at work, but if you have a neat beard or grow one on your time off you're fine.

I worked at a food service factory that didn't allow facial hair beyond a moustache. Generally places like that would allow them and make their employees wear beard nets but I guess they didn't like the cost/hassle of that.

They also charged employees twice as much for health insurance if they smoked, and when calling for people from temp services specifically asked for non smokers.

    I've never had the itching.

    Am I bearding incorrectly?

What does a body have to do to get his full and sexy beard to itch in a full and sexy way?
