Having problems with Purchasing games on GOG.com?

Boo8erBoo8er Registered User regular
Hi there, so I have a Debit master card and I would like to know how do I purchase games on GOG.com? I have two problems with this:

1.Whenever I am about to purchase a game I get: "Name on the Card". I don't know what this means but I need to know how to pass it.

2.The second issue that I have is when I continue to the next screen I get:Order limit exceeded. Please contact support.

How do I fix these two issues?

    1) The name on the card is the name on the card, literally.

    2) Contact support.

If you have a prepaid card or something without a name, you'd likely need to follow whatever instructions came with it to register on the Master Card website so that there is a name and billing address associated with the card.

Ok, I am registering my account on it. However, I don't know what my Zip* + 4 means. I sometimes see it when I am registering my gift card. How do I know what it is?

Though many people don't ever have to actually know more than the first 5 digits of their zip code, there are an additional 4 digits that specify smaller areas within that larger zip code area, formatted like 12345-6789

https://tools.usps.com/go/ZipLookupAction!input.action this tool will be able to tell you your extra 4 digits, assuming you're in the US at least.

He said it was a debit card, not a pre-paid.

If its a pre-paid it might not work, I know visa/mastercard giftcards don't work on gog, because you cant use them internationally and gog is based in..not America.

If this is a debit card issued by your bank then your name ought to be on the front of the card ("John Q. Cardholder"). I don't understand what's not clear about that.
