So, I just had an idea. I locked all of the HL2 threads in G&T, and made an official thread. I then stickied it so that it would remain at the top of the page for all to see. As Gotcha Force pointed out, nobody pays attention to stickies. I'm pondering an idea where we can sticky a thread, but give it some kind of label to designate that it is an important thread. A big bright red label for all to see.

    How about not stickying it.
    It should stay near the top anyway and more people will notice it.

    Is there a way to make the the 'bottom' sticky, rather than the 'top'? That would make it more noticable.

    Perhaps Sticky Threads could have a different BG color for their cell.

    if people don't notice and/or pay attention, it's their own damn fault. jail people who make duplicate threads, and they'll get the idea
    people will block out anything, so a new, improved sticky wouldn't help in the long run.
