As a two time challenger, I can tell you that the PPL is a ton of fun. Definitely worth spending time challenging if you have Pokemon.

As a little bit of a status update, the theme for this year's PPL East has been revealed on the website, paxpokemonleague.net

If you're not sure what the PAX Pokémon League is, it's basically a chance to bring a team of your favorite Pokémon to PAX, take on some Gym Leaders, earn some badges, and maybe become a Champion! Here's a link to a quick bit of info about the PPL. (Note: The PPL now also takes place at PAX Australia and PAX South as well... and challengers can use a copy of any of the current generation of Pokémon games, X, Y, Omega Ruby, or Alpha Sapphire.)

For anyone interested in watching on Twitch, we usually stream Friday or Saturday night at around 8 pm EST. If you follow the link that Scott posted you can follow the channel to get an email when we go live and find links in the info section to where you can find us. We occasionally reveal a leader and their team so you can get a sneak peak of someone you might face for a badge. Otherwise we just hang out and have a good time, usually battling people in chat.

The list of gym leaders/E7/the champs twitters went up on the site yesterday: http://paxpokemonleague.net/2015/02/gym-leader-twitter-accounts-2/ Any tweets that a leader sends with the hashtag PAXPokemon will be retweeted by the PPL twitter, but if you want to make sure you see everything that a leader tweets make sure you follow their account. Leaders will occasionally tweet about their location so that you can keep an eye out for them.

I had so much fun battling challengers and would like to thank them for helping making PAX so amazing.
