Unable to change profile picture

I have been attempting to change my profile picture for a while now.
I have attempted this on both my work laptop and my home desktop but all i get is a blank white page when i either try to upload the new picture or when i try to remove it.
I have also tried to do the this on both Internet Explorer and Chrome.
Is this a known issue or a temporary thing?
