    I made the mistake of looking up housing in my area. Literally every "house" around me is 900k to 1million dollars. The house I just looked at sold in 1995 for 170k. Can someone please explain to me how 20 years later its worth 950k? Even going off the premise that property doubles in value every 10 years, it's 250,000 higher than that. Also who the fuck has 180k lying around for a down payment?

    Oh, yeah, today, i went to the print shop to get my cards printed for my card game...

    The Print Shop guy refused i pay him.

    He was all like "Nah, you're a pal, It's okay!"

    It's great, i have gotten pages and pages of cards printed out in glorious color...

    And it cost me nothing!
