I emailed PA Customer Service about this same issue and got a pretty Piss Weak reply (below) to be honest. I can understand a bit of a mark up 'Because it's like shipping to the Moon' but triple the amount that it costs to send a package like that from anywhere else in the USA is just flaming ridiculous.

The shipping charges are estimated by the website using a system that doesn't scale very well. If you order one set of pins the shop has the correct weight for that set and shipping materials for shipping that one set. If you order two sets the shop thinks you have ordered two sets and the shipping materials weight is doubled. This continues to scale up quickly the more items you order. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do to alleviate the issue without losing money on orders for single items. Hopefully that helps to elucidate the shipping charges.

So @hacky is in the lead for Lookouts Ratio for orders greater than or equal to 5 boxes with 41.7%. I took 2nd place away from @Qumaden (30%) with a solid 35% on my end. For the record, I ordered mine in the first wave on Black Friday. Needless to say, I didn't order any more given how much RNG hates my guts. Also, @fishfishmonkeyhat you would want to try to take away the ONLY decent pin I picked up, wouldn't you? Those talent pipes cost me around $130, so I'm keeping them.
