DMV Mail - Incorrect Address

Okay, so I keep getting mail from the Florida DMV to someone who hasn't lived at my address for years. I keep writing "Incorrect Address, Return to Sender" on all the mail but my post office keeps mailing it back to me. Apparently the person in question got a suspended license for a DUI and as a way of avoiding it they haven't updated their address with the DMV (in Florida the prosecutor has to prove they received mail and know they have a suspended license). Anyone have any ideas on what to do? I don't have any contact info for the person in question nor do I know their new address.

EDIT: Just going to call DMV and visit Post Office, think that's the only solution
