    I'd wish for magic healing powers, and too be able to absorb information from book/the internet/people instantly and be able to recall it.

    Then I'll be able to help people and get rich like crazy quick.

    For my third wish I'd wish that you, my wish master were a friendly happy magical being and not want to murder everyone.

    I wish acupuncture worked the way I want it to.
    .where they'd put the needle in and it would make the muscle spasm like crazy until all the stress was released and then the muscle would be completely relaxed.

    Deep tissue massage should do a pretty good job of that.
