Glad everybody likes the audio. As I can only go to one pax a year, my advice for other pax recordings, use a h4n zoom, and set file format as wav (maybe not over 16 bit tho as it makes the file big). Use xlr on bottom, and make sure it's mono recording, that's the quick and dirty way to do it. As always check with the manager running the theater beforehand, make sure they have a soundboard and bring lots of different input cables so you aren't a bother to the guy running the sound board, also tell the sound board guy what your doing, the more he knows the easier he can make things, there is also always a probability the sound guy doesn't want you hooking up to it.
I didn't see the codes on the powerpoint alas, I was watching the levels on the recorder too closely
A minute or 2 is missing from the start of part 2, didn't know my camera had a max limit of 30 minutes per video set, so that was awkward for me... Also, I didn't have a tripod or monopod of any kind, I just had to try and hold still without fidgeting for an hour, so apologies for that. For future panels, I think (at least with how this one was set up at South) a small tripod just next to the monitor ~6 feet in front of the panelists would be great to just set up, have it be out of the way, and not block anyone's view. If rooms could just have tripods stocked in them for this purpose, that would be even better. I hate carrying a sweatshirt around PAX - there is no way I'd carry a tripod.

2015 PAX Prime Omeganaut (I will forever hate Katamari)
Hingo, I brought a tripod with me and it IS a pain BUT there are some really nice compact ones you can carry around without too much trouble, case in point I had mine in my messenger bag
Well if anyone wants to compress the audio and/or try and sync it with that YouTube vid??
I can whip up a "New To Trading" page. Even if some one could transcript the early segments of "how to get started" sort of talk, that essentially makes a good Q&A in text.
@Shadowscars22 I understand you have already submitted for another Pinny Arcade panel for PAX East. Would you mind telling us what you had in mind as far as content and co-hosts?
Sorry this is so late and no one's gonna watch it now, but here is the video with the good audio and one or two other surprises to fill in the missing video (NO SKIPPING WATCH THE WHOLE THING AGAIN!):
