Avengers #40, lots of serious stuff, but someone check to see if Sam and Roberto aren't thieves because all they do is steal scenes:
Everyone's called a truce now because the Illuminati are willing to await judgement (except T'Challa), the plan is to kill the Cabal on a Mapmaker world with Namor activating the anti-matter bomb and leaving early and escaping on an AIM dimension scoutship thing, and await punishment for his actions on Earth. T'Challa and Blackbolt think otherwise:
he said "When you see my brother Maximus, tell him..."
Instead of just hitting the bomb trigger T'Challa says why he's waiting a second:
