I think you are talking about photolithography which is what is typically used for printing silicon wafers.
It uses a UV laser.
I think you need an ArF laser to print at that level. I just don't see it happening at 4,900$. I mean, lower than 100 nm and you need to be doing vapor deposition or molecular beam epitaxy.

Already the crew are abandoning, but there is only so much room on the life boat - and a captain must go down with their ship.
