I have a question regarding surrender in Risk. When someone surrenders from boredom or any other reason, who gets their stuffs?

    Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe his cards get shuffled back into the deck and his army becomes a buffer zone. Meaning you'll need to attack his army still to take over his territory but he cannot attack you. (similar to the two player rule in Risk)

    Depends on how regularly you play with the same guys. We used to trade surrendered territories for skinning up/making tea duties. Inter-student diplomacy.
