However, question. I know I have to farm Technical Dungeons for Pendragas. But how do I get level material for dark/light critters? What IYO is the best method for this?

You'll eventually get access to Light/Dark pengdras near the end of the Technical series.

Durga: on demand hp drop + 5/6 team (Hanzo is just attacker) x2 nuke
Hanzo and Finn: orb changers. Maybe Persephone instead of Finn since she and Hanzo both seem easier to skill up.
Okuninushi: 1 turn delay and x1.5 nuke for dark. Or Batman with gloves for 2 turn delay.

More doable. But ya. Mind you I 'bought' my first dungeon recently and got the Dark Knight finally. So I'm leveling up my Dark and Green Dragon Knights. I really need a Light for a balance based Light damage dealer. (For my Loki team.)
In one of those runs I got a Mei Mei invade and actually blocked the skill lock but then Leviathan was all "LOL nice awakenings NERD" *lockdown* then I couldn't stall out the lock on Hera and pushed her into sub 30%, costing me a stone.

So ya. My quest now is to spend very little cash and just focus on leveling up and evolving my teams. Personally I need something that can survive Friday Mythical so I can get some of those bloody top tier -let mats. And I need a few more Green/Blue masks. I'll have to study strategies to handle the fruits.
Only one invade today. Still need one more green orb... maybe I'll get lucky with the gift dungeon. I could afford to go in a couple times tomorrow though until Meimei shows up. I'm one dungeon away from leveling so if I don't get a hit right away I can just run anything and try again.
It took 200 stam but I got Karin to show up. Now I need to farm Valk later for the light orb (then we wait for Sandy to come back and me to stop sucking).

Which will probably be Devil/Balanced, with a new active skill called "Dong in the River" which delays everything 1 and enhances heal orbs.
