Cartoon Network's mystery for April Fools turned out to just be Googly Eyes on all of the main characters of the shows (so all five of the Titans, all three of the We Bare Bears, but none of the supporting cast), and the level of detail goes down to the promo commercials and previews.
I wonder what Adult Swim will do tonight. Their April Fool's pranks have a good name, but the ones on Saturdays have always been something special, replacing the anime block or overwriting it in many cases. In, i think, 2004 they added a Fart track to everything, which actually pissed a lot of people off because it overwrote serious shows like Fullmetal Alchemist and Ghost in the Shell with farts at every dialogue pause. 2007, i think, they replaced the entire lineup with the anime spoof series Perfect Hair Forever. 2012, famously, was the gag return of Toonami that then turned out not to be a gag. So what will this year bring?

Would be a good troll on me as i've always hated Tim and Eric.
I've always assumed I don't have access to nearly enough drugs to warp it into something humorous, because I've never seen a speck of it be entertaining.
But it would also kill me to take enough drugs to make it funny, so I'm calling it a win.
I think Adult Swim just aired part of the third season of Rick and Morty (episode 1). The guide says Dragonball Super, but i just saw... new plot stuff.

So I'm watching Teen Titans Go for the first time in a while. Beast Boy has been transformed into a leprechaun and, after punching out Richard Nixon, has flown a pot of gold/motorcycle over a rainbow to the Federal Reserve to put the country back on the gold standard. Now the other Titans have transformed into leprechauns to stop him and it has developed into a Dragon Ball Z style battle with the Titans charging up energy blasts and flying around at super speed.
Quick note, due to last weekend's shenanigans we got Rick and Morty instead of Samurai Jack.
Samurai Jack is airing this weekend as normal (well, so far), but the DVR might skip it because it thinks it's a rerun.
So, you might want to check that if you're relying on your DVR to keep you up to date.

I always found Invader Zim more silly than funny (though there were a couple of gems, like the one where Zim keeps stealing organs), but the show sounded like it was building up to a neat finale, I hope the movie will utilize some elements of that.

Edit: Yup, still airing.

E:
It ends with an announcement that the new season is coming this summer.
E2:
And it just started over back from the start. I imagine it'll be playing on a loop?
E3:
Looks like Jack's pre-empted then most likely.
Its weird, generally I hated that type of humor but when I saw the movie it got so bad it became good again. It might have broken me. Help.
Damned other edge on that sword...
It was scheduled to be off next week and the week after anyway. Now it's just one week off, one week on, one week off.
...so wait, how many edges is that...?
Well, he's a samurai, so I'm guessing it's all of the edges.
I guess it's just the one edge but you get cut a bunch of times. What were we talking about? I'm gonna make nachos.
I stand corrected that was the best way to mess with Jack.

That and I have a suspicion that having a series conclusion makes a property's streaming rights more valuable.
But there's a big question mark as to whether Johnen Vasquez is involved.
Nick confirmed he is.
Where? It's not in the Entertainment Weekly article.
Welp, that clears that up.
(Found this article that has Nick calling him the executive producer and creator of the film's story.)
if it has a Z next to it, it means he is involved.
