If it's a Titan/Defender or Warlock/Voidbarer, your grenades and melee count (melee might need to be fully charged to count).
Otherwise, grab a void machine gun with high impact or a launcher and camp the heavy ammo.

If you prefer snipers, I'd recommend Praedyth's Revenge. Even mid-range maps can be sniper-friendly since most people don't expect them.

Are there enough folks interested in nm crota kill sometime after 7 ish? If your hm crora run doesn't include crota there won't be any needless overlap.

I recommend not. Iron Banner people take more hits generally, one hit Fusion kills are the best way to proceed with this Bounty. My advice is to Rumble until you get comfortable using a Fusion Rifle as your main weapon (and consistently killing guys with it). Then head to Control for easier target acquisition and more targets overall.

You can really only compare impact within a gun's sub-type (i.e. compare Scout Rifles to other Scout Rifles, but not to Pulse Rifles/Hand Cannons/Auto Rifles)
