My Gamestop said they'd be getting Sonic, Megaman and Ike Wednesday.
Only two Ike's though, out of the 6 that pre-ordred.

Dedede came from Amazon just a little ago. I forgot it was the Japanese version. Now I don't wan to open it because it looks fancier.

Just grabbed the Kirby preorder deal from Toys R Us. It's kind of funny how the Link figure has all this fancy detail, while the Kirby figure is Kirby.

My Dedede and Mega Man just showed up!
My Dedede has an eye that's slightly off position. I was tempted to not open him and see if my walmart gets any in I could exchange it for, but I checked out pictures of other Dededes and mine is barely noticeable compared to others. I did see one with perfect eyes, so it's not impossible...

I only care so much because its my main/a kirby character.

Yeah that guide is way too technical and elaborate to what amounts to buying toys.

The only thing I get from that guide is that I'll probably bite the bullet on Pit this friday for however cheap I can get him. That will complete Wave 2 for me, and I think Wave 3 will be thrown out of whack by the shipping thing, meaning I won't have to shell out tons of cash for the rest of them if I'm lucky.

I got 50,000 rupees from Pikachu one day and 1 rupee the next.

I know. I've got 8 amibo's, regular link, young link, zelda, shiek, kerby, bowser, and samus. However my gambling complex takes over and i usually do kerby, bowser, samus to try and hit the 50k jackpot, then 2 of the HW characters.
im mostly just joking.

They totally cracked the amiibo reward system. It's not random, but a seed based off the system clock. Set the clock right, scan the amiibos, and you'll get the same rewards every time.

Have a nice list of seeds for upgrade materials. Only real requirement is you can't use any Zelda amiibos since they'll change up the seed.

Very nice! I wanted to keep them in the boxes, but I like having them on display more. I'm curious, can you register the Amiibo on the Wii U Gamepad/New 3DS while they are still in the packaging?

I haven't personally tried but I've heard you can't because the bottom is blocked by something.

I have a couple of loose amiibos but I have to keep them in a drawer or my cat chews on them. Best to keep my collection in their boxes until I find a way to display them properly... plus I like the packaging.

I'm hoping they do the amiibo card thing they were talking about sooner rather than later.

I have no interest in the figures but wouldn't mind getting some of the in game functionality, and I definitely don't want to have to transport figures around with me to use them for n3DS games.

yeah they have some metal or something in the bases, maybe if you smoosh really well from the side
