Oh man, on one hand, YES I can't wait to see the frustration on fights like Crying Wolf. On the other hand, MAN is MGS4 heavy on the cutscenes during those first 3 hours. Well....they better get started if they want to finish before MGS5 is released.

Look, I love MGS4, but it is 90% cutscenes, and some of them are like 2 hours long.
There will be entire episodes of Metal Gear Scanlon dedicated entirely to one cutscene!

Keys do not actually exist anymore, you just buy the Chest/Set directly though the Chests could still be considered Gambling I guess since it is semi random what you get out of one.
Pretty sure "you're dropping money on an unknown quantity, hoping to get lucky" is the very definition of gambling, not the mechanics of how you reveal the contents.

So does that mean they're recording a whole bunch of episodes before the season starts? It'll be good for work flow, but now people are going to be yelling at them and they won't be able to hear it or respond.

Yes I've had that problem for quite a while now. It'a also on archived videos usually on the half way mark.

Are you watching them on the poop player or downloading to your computer?
I never have them desync, but I do sometimes need to switch from Streaming to Progressive because Streaming just buffers into infinity. Which is annoying, because the other one doesn't seem to want to skip forward without first buffering everything in between, so when you need to skip an hour forward it's a whole lot of buffering.

I've been having a weird issue with Chrome where, after it's been running a while, any videos I try to watch on youtube quickly black out while the sound still plays. This also happens to animated GIFs, or at least the ones posted on twitter. Closing and reopening Chrome is the only way I can fix it. I guess it's not really related to Giant Bomb's stuff, but goddamn is it annoying.
Check the comments. People have been having issues with video flickering and weird artifacting for a while now, from videos on both coasts. Meaning it's gotta be something on the archiving set up, right?
