I dunno, I've thought Alex has been his most vocally on point during the latest beastcast by quite a bit
He's always great on twitter, but his audio/physical presence hasn't really kept up till recently, though I've never disliked him.
as has been said many times: Alex is great when he's not trying to be 'on' or 'funny'. When he's just his normal self he has really good things to say. When he's trying to do a bit or etc he just becomes aggravating

Alex used to try too hard, probably because of anxiety about being watched. Now he doesn't and he's both funnier and easier to listen to.

After the Ryan situation I was real bummed out that he was going down a path of sadness but ever since he, at least publicly, mentioned he had a girlfriend he seems so much happier

I mean, Jeff's had a bunch of personal shit happen to him, some we probably don't even hear about. I'm glad he's okay but I can't help but feel statements like these are a bit patronizing.
