I don't see any threads on general PAX East 2015 Buttoneering. Do you know if there's a thread or other website people are using this year? I did this a couple years ago, had a blast, and would love to do it again this year.

This is that thread. South+East being so close together has definitely gotten some of the various community organizers a little off-kilter for things like this. Things will probably be better next year

No one official started the thread so I jumped in. Please feel free to post your buttons here and if people would like to set meeting/swap time, I'll be happy to try to handle putting it all together.

Could anyone help me in making buttons. Honestly i just want like 1.25 buttons with some type of modern text that says AboveAverageJoe in bold.

Wackybuttons.com will design a button for you for free, or you can use their online designer templates. It's really easy. Also, if you do it ASAP, you can get them by PAX. They will ship next business day. I order 250 buttons at a time and it they always go out next business day.

I still have my original buttons (looks like my avatar <--) and I'll bring them.

Then there is the new button. You see my friend Andy was the group scapegoat his first year at PAX. Anytime something went wrong we said it was his fault. We blamed him for long lines, overpriced meals, incorrectly ordered food, bad weather. It became an ongoing joke using #blameandy on Twitter. Our friends have rallied behind #blameandy and #defendandy tags each year at PAX time. Now you can choose a side in the eternal conflict.

Buttons are on order from wackybuttons.com and shipping to my hotel, hope they arrive in time.

I may or may not have much more beard than this come PAXEast though, not sure if shaving is in my future or not. No joke though, if you actually want an pin and promise to give my podcast a chance I will just give you one if I still have some when you find me, no trades needed, though I like trading as well. Not sure where I will be at any given time, certainly the line for the magic panel on Friday.

If you see me, just yell "Touch the Shark" and we can have a pin party!

Draklan and I will have our buttons from south to trade but we didn't make any new ones for East this year.

I will be at the Pre-Pax Game night at the Westin if anyone wants to trade there. Otherwise I would say each day after the show floor closes (6PM) meet near the entrance for an easy trade session?
