Play March with one green mana from the source, and March for 6 move. Move north east to the spot with the ruins, but don't explore.

Play Concentration to get a red mana token, and Crystallize it.

    And that's my turn.

Are you positive? None of the dungeon enemies can be blocked with four and two out of five will knock you out immediately. The rest will merely be 3-4 wounds.

Dang it. A first turn knockout is the way every game of Mage Knight should start

Unfortunately, moving between two hexes adjacent to a rampaging monster will provoke that monster.

Yeah I posted just before I went to bed and the first thing I thought of today was how you can't move past rampaging monsters.

Play Mana Draw. Use one green from the source to March into the forest. Use Crystallize on the other green mana in the source. Discard Threaten before drawing up.

Hopefully this works? Sorry about all this hold-up guys.

Norowas takes a risk... and is rewarded!

-Take the white die to use Powered Mana Draw; take the red die and set it to Blue and collect 2 blue Mana tokens.
-Declare an attack on the enemy to my Northeast
    -No ranged attack
    -A Minotaur is summoned!
-Spend a blue mana token to use Powered Determination for Block 5
-Use both Rages for a total of Attack 4.
    -Discard nothing
-Return the die I changed to Blue to the pool without rerolling it as per Mana Draw.
-Discard the remaining blue mana token

The red die rerolls to gold.

He flips Day Sharpshooting (+2 ranged during day, +1 ranged at night) and Motivation (once a round, on any player's turn, flip this to draw two cards. If you have the least fame (not tied) also gain a white mana token.)

    The Board

    Arythea (ObiFett) - 5 hand, 7 deck.
    Goldyx (Bursar) - 1/5 hand, 7 deck.
    Norowas (Astaereth) - 2/6 hand, 9 deck.

Tovak levels! Skill flip reveals I Don't Give a Damn (once per turn: one card played sideways gives +2 instead of +1. If it's an advanced action, spell, or artifact, it gives +3) and Who Needs Magic? (once per turn: one card played sideways gives you +2 instead of +1. If you use no die from the source this turn, it gives +3).

Also, the board hasn't been updated yet but the common skill offer contains both night movement and Motivation.

Pick a skill and advanced action.

Last time I played, my Tovak got a huge amount of us out of Who Needs Magic?, partially because I was garnering mana crystals and tokens left and right.

Yeah I imagine that could be great. Tbh I had a hard time choosing since they were so similar. I was hoping for one of the block skills, tanking seems to be what Tovak is supposed to do.

Okay... this sequence got pretty complicated, so you should all try to double check that your info makes sense.

Arythea picks up some friends... and then makes some enemies:

    Move: None
    Action: Interact with Mage Tower
    - Power of Pain to play a Wound sideways for +2 Influence
    - Use Gold Mana from the source on Improvisation, discard Promise for +5 Influence
    - Recruit Illusionists
-Activate Illusionists to gain a White Crystal, use it to play Mind Read and gain a White Crystal

Mind Read attacks the other players! Tovak's hand is revealed. Goldyx and Norowas have to pick a white card to discard.

The gold mana rerolls to white.

    The Board

    Arythea (ObiFett) - 1/5 hand, 7 deck.
    Goldyx (Bursar) - 5 hand, 3 deck.
    Norowas (Astaereth) - 6 hand, 5 deck.
    Tovak (jakobagger) - 5 hand, 7 deck.

    Unit Offer | Fame/Reputation Track

    Actions

Discard Noble Manners. As great a card as this is, I am out in the dangerous wilderness, where manners are unheard of, noble or otherwise. Polite talk means little in this northwest corner of the world; give me a good sword and a steady hand to wield it, and the gods will smile upon my quest.

Goldyx hisses from the psychic sting, and moves decides to be one with nature for a moment.

Discard Promise in response to Mind Read.
Use the White mana from the source to power Mana Draw. Take the Blue die from the source and keep it blue, gaining two blue mana tokens.
Use the first blue token to play an upgraded Stamina for 4 move. Move East into the forest.
Use the second blue token to play an upgraded Crystallize, gaining a White mana crystal.

Not going to update the board because I'm lazy and Norowas is on the opposite side of the known world anyways.

    @Astaereth to play!

Use the Green die to play powered March (Move 4), plus Swiftness (Move 2).
Use that movement to move North to the Crystal Mine.
    No discard.
Collect Red crystal from the Crystal Mine.
Draw up to 5, plus 1 extra for Planning.
