Doesn't the giant robot have a strict attack cycle so you can just defend on certain turns to avoid the mega death attacks? I may be thinking a different boss...

Are they still required to release on the weekend to prevent excessive work call-ins?

The story that Enix was asked by government to release DQ games at the weekend is not true, it was a company decision. As far as I know, they've released the last couple during the regular work/school week.

My god Binding of Isaac is a masterpiece. It has completely taken over my 3DS. I just can't stop playing! I totally believe the developer when he said he made it with the 3DS in mind originally, it is an absolutely perfect game for the system.

The closest game to Fantasy Life is Rune Factory, only make job classes, add in about a hundred times more inane banter, and limit relationships to purely platonic.

I bought some used DS games and was testing them in my 3DS, when I noticed a kind of scraping, grinding noise at the last moment when pushing them all the way in. The game that caused the sound didn't work, and the contacts on the bottom seem to have black gunk/dust on them. Now every other game I put in makes the same noise...but I tried my old DS with the game it already had in it, and I could hear the noise, just not quite as loud.

Am I overreacting, or could there be some stuff stuck inside the 3DS slot, scraped onto the metal bits? What could I do to clean it, blow some compressed air in there?

If I were you, I'd use a q-tip to try to clean it off, or maybe disassemble the unit. Of course, I'm not renown for my good electronics disassembly decisions.

Oh it does something. The moisture in your breath corrodes the metal inside, which only makes the problem worse.

You might try the stuff used on maf sensors in cars. It's an electronics cleaner. Since you would fuck up your air fuel ratio if anything got on the sensor, you can't touch it and to clean it you just spray it liberally and the stuff removes any contaminates and then dries. Works great. I don't know if there's anything like it for gaming/electronics.

Does anyone else hear that noise when you slowly insert a game that last click? The main worry is I thought it was a new thing, but going back to my old DS it made the same noise (just not as loud) with the game it already had in it, that's not dirty/damaged.
