I'm pretty sure it downloads the entire 27-28 gigs. It just downloads everything past the first 5 in the background. Or hopefully it does, because mine took upwards of 8 hours yesterday, and there's no way a 5g download would take that long for me normally.

I just realized I had $34 left in my PSN wallet.

That's more than half off the game, which beats the 20% discount I would have gotten at Best Buy.

Plus this means I won't have to constantly swap out the disc between this game and Type-0, which I would be enjoying back-to-back.

Exploit that large Souls extended usership.
