Google usually has pretty solid stuff. I think my favorite AFD thing is still "Youtube is actually a giant, long-running video submission contest and we'll stop accepting entries on April 1st to begin judging them."
I mean I don't ever want to read it, but apparently it's a married couple, one writing, one drawing, and they like doing it together? and once again I don't want to read it myself but yeah fuck yeah fucking fill up the fucking the internet with things like that
all these people, with their good and/or shitty stories to tell, and I wish they all could

Now that I have discharged my duties as a teacher and sent away any possible conflicts of interest, I shall take my daughter to get that pony she always wanted. I'm sure she will be delighted.

I think the headmaster has a grudge against her because she deflected his snubbing her for court medium by becoming the forest medium. That made him look incredibly bad and was embarassing for the court.
So a bit of revenge by permitting Carver to humilate his daughter, which seems petty for a grown man to do as a way of revenge on a teenage girl. But we know that the court is full of assholes.
All I want is to live in a place that has low rent, and is surrounded by neighbors who also hate sunlight and human interaction. We develop a system in which we all discretely peer out our windows for one another before attempting to check the mailbox. One day, our eyes will accidentally meet, and we will all be forced to move away from our Eden.

Is this in reference to the preventing the smallpox plague in the new world time travel thing we were talking about in the last thread? It's not just whacking some cowpox in the bloodstream. They didn't have any knowledge of germ theory or sterilization in the 1400s. You'd need to advance medical science, and probably science in general by 400-500 years so they'd have the knowledge foundation to execute the techniques safely.
And even though smallpox was mostly wiped out out in the 20th century, it's actually come back as a serious disease because vaccination rates have decreased so I'm not sure how likely it is that 1400s Europe could actually completely eliminate the disease when we haven't even managed to now. nope I'm thinking of measles here, nevermind that part. And then there's all the ramifications of giving 1400s Europe such advanced medical knowledge. Intentional germ warfare was definitely not beneath the nations of the time.
