Well thus far the premise is more along the lines of everyone having special abilities that are randomly redistributed / mixed with new abilities every day. Most of them being abilities that counter other abilities, combo other abilities or do strange/annoying things like move the goalposts or make someone recite the G.R.O.S.S. pledge. Obviously it would be extremely difficult if not impossible to play a game where each player makes up their own rule... Or maybe not. It requires a lot of thought.
Everything I just said is subject to change as I have better ideas.

So the waiting list is about a year long or so? If I can, even though my current Phalla is still running, I'd like to !sign up to run another Phalla with a so far unknown theme.

Been trying to think of a theme for my Phalla. I may be showing my age here, but I'd really like to run a NetHack themed Phalla - but I'm not sure how familiar the player base is with that ancient game.

I would definitely include some choice items in the game. Such as the Cockatrice Corpse.
Dying of starvation should also be featured in some way.
So who wants to help me develop the rules for my phalla and help me run it? At this point I'm leaning away from western or mayan and thinking probably WWI themed instead.

Larry I will help. I am good at thinking of crazy rules.
Hell, I'd be glad to have help from both of you. Robot and I can work up the rules, Ardor you can help balance everything and make tweaks, then we can all work together running it so no one loses too much sleep.
Plus I'm still behind 11 other games, so even with people dropping out we've got some time. Could run some test mini-games too.

I'm absolutely shocked at how balanced Phalla Phalla ended up. Balance was rather low on my list of objectives for that game.
I think the bad guys could have taken it if they'd paid more attention though.
