My custom colors are pretty similar. Love that candy red kitchen color.
Which makes the Liset look completely separate.
How did you get the separate colours in each area? do you click on 'area picker'? because that doesn't seem to do anything for me...
The accent colors to the compartment are the main colors to the Liset. So the white and aqua colors you see in the first pick are the same colors from the second. Which is um the Primary color and Tint Color 4.
Can someone explain to me what the hell the point of Vauban's Perpetual Vortex augment is? I can throw one Vortex into another Vortex to gain +70% duration. So I've spent 200% of the power to get 170% of the duration. Why would I ever slot this instead of just tossing another Vortex down once the first one expires? I guess if you anticipate getting power drained or something? It just seems really dumb.
Extra energy orbs that are sucked in are lost, folks like to drop large energy pads, pilfering hydroid, and energy vapire trinity are a few cases I can think of where extra energy is just lost. This let's you leverage that and remove the micromanage of keeping up with one or more vortex. From a practical standpoint I can see an energy vamp tuned trinity letting a vauban lock down survival or interception maps pretty darn easy.
I just now found out from this thread that you can change the Liset interior colors. And now I find myself paralyzed with indecision because I've gotten so used to the default.
My liset was easy, same colors I use for everything in warframe. Black for everything except energy, which is electric blue. Takes the stress off of trying to come up with patterns that don't eventually annoy me.
At least now I know why mine looks like an old warship interior. Soon ordis will be whining about his sensors bleeding again, wonder if I cam recreate the old Hot Dog Stand theme from win 95.
This game really need a some random settings to just constantly shuffle stuff, colors, weapons, frames, etc. Sontimes I just want to play but spend more time digging through toys then running missions (not random mods mind you just randomly grabbing potato kits or somthing.
I think I have a key that I can donate to a keyshare group (EDIT: Nope. That was the key blueprint in my inventory), but I already have Mesa so there isn't much point in me wasting a seat when somebody else can go play the Mesa roulette game.
I did miss out on the 8-man raid stuff. Did you guys run that? I need to read up on it so that I don't stand in the fire or wipe the group through some oversight.
Aw, I missed it. Anyone have any extras I could steal have?
Yes. I already had a copy, so this alert brought me up to 2.
edit:
I just finished leveling my Hydroid to 30 and tried a pilfering swarm build for the first time.
Loot geyser. I think I'm going to need to forma this to make it better. I finished up an excavation mission with three randoms who could not pull their own weight (one of the randoms gets a pass since he was mastery rank 1. The rest of the were 10+ and had no excuses)
1780 cryotic later and I'm walking away with
2 Tower III Defense
1 Tower III Capture
1 Tower III Exterminate
1 Iron Phoenix Stance
A TON of low end fusion cores and assorted mods (they'll blend in the mod fusion blender)
Billions of energy orbs and excavator batteries dropped from the tentacle blasts. If my teammates would have bothered to pick up batteries to replenish the excavator's health, we would have had at least 3-4 more loot rewards.
Anybody want to get together for a Mutalist Alad V keyshare for Mesa parts and/or shits and/or giggles?
I think @kashaar was looking to poke the jellyfish with a stick.
I'm interested. I'm in Europe though and generally hit the sack by midnight CET.

Yeah you gotta forma hydroid to maximize farming ability.
And this weekend is double resources? Oh my. I dont know where or what to begin farming. Maybe some neural sensors, although I still have 75 from the last double event a year ago. I definitely need neurodes but those are worse than orokin cells and I have plenty of those.
I've found its all about stacking the corrupted mods to max power an minimize duration on hydroid (think I slam it out every 5 sec with my farming build). Really learned to love his ultimate, I can't recall another frame with a long range targeted attack that has a big aoe to boot. Makes those games of hide and seek with hidden mobs on defense a non issue.
We should try a farming party of greedy mag with hydroid/nekros just to see how silly the loot can get.
Also interested in running for Mesa parts, if I manage to get some keys.Would also be nice to run some derelict vaults, some of the corrupted mods would be super handy to have.
I'm not sure how either of those work exactly though.

Mesa runs require keys to do. Key parts are found on infested invasion missions as a reward, only on the higher level planets.
Derelict vaults require keys to do. Keys are built using void keys and stuff. The vault requires dragon keys. Each key has a different debuff. They must be built too. Finding the door and using your key consumes it. Inside there's a thing you have to carry, taking it out awards the mod.
That's about it at a high level.
edit: As Divide says, you want to do Derelict exterminate missions. fixed enemies works better. You have to buy the BPs from the marketplace too.

Mesa parts: There's a quest to get the key blueprint I think? Then run infested invasions that have the reward "mutalist alad v nav coordinates" 3 times to get parts for a key.
Vault runs: Go to the market > Equipment > Gear and buy the 4 Dragon key BPs. You craft one using a void key of your choosing and equip it on your gear. Each one debuffs you in a particular way: shields, energy, health, movement speed. Now run a Derelict mission (usually Exterminate) with the key equipped. Find the vault which is opened using one of the four keys (this is why you want to have a full group).
First they came for the Muslims, and we said NOT TODAY, MOTHERFUCKERS
If you have a team that is good at not dying, then derelict capture missions can be faster. One guy catches the targets while everyone else hunts for the vault. Then you can just sprint to the exit.
The pattern that happened when I did ODE runs pubbed was for everyone to split up to find the vault/kill everything, then open/grab the artifact thinger and jet.
“I used to draw, hard to admit that I used to draw...”
Dunno. You still have to search everything pretty carefully to find the vault.
The killing part in an extermination mission takes virtually no time at all, and meanwhile there is no endless horde of enemies annoying you as you search.

On the plus side of ODE someone isn't likely to get trapped and murdered. About half the time the vault was found while playing find the dot on these multi level maps for me. Loot detector or thief wit can be helpful as well.
I realize that exterminate is popular. I just think capture is faster and you don't need to worry about the "you've killed 99/100 enemies, but the last guy stayed home sick today. Looks like you can't complete the mission now" bug that usually plagues the potato alerts that you don't have time to re-run.
I know I've had vault runs drag into overtime as everyone back tracks to find that one enemy who might be under the floor boards and in range of an aoe attack, but may very well force a wipe because the enemy bugged up and doesn't exist to be killed.

Those shenanigans don't happen in capture.
So... you decide to do Capture with infinite enemies because of something that may happen in potato alerts? I've never experienced that bug personally, so I can't speak to how common it is, but that's a weird line of thought.

Yeah worst case in ODE is you lose track of one enemy that hasn't spawned in yet. Worst case in ODC is you don't find the vault till the very end and kill 5x the number of enemies while looking for it.
Also Capture missions tend to be larger maps because of the two additional escape routes, so there are more places for the vault to hide.
First they came for the Muslims, and we said NOT TODAY, MOTHERFUCKERS
I have not noticed captures being larger, I think that may be a subjective judgment call myself. Exterminates require you to go everywhere, captures don't. If you've got bad luck enough to not find the vault door early on, you're no worse off than you would be in an exterminate, which doesn't have the option of an early out at all.
The endless spawning enemy's are largely unnoticed by me, I'm overgeared to the point that they don't matter, and so capture is just the most efficient way to vault run, but if the infested cause a problem and your search is slow as it would be in exterminate I can see the appeal for sure.

The trick is don't kill the enemies. You just ignore them and keep moving.

In most of the hojillion runs I've been in, it's found early on, many times before I even make it to the capture targets.
I've only had exterminate glitch on invasions though. Never knew it was a thing until that spud invasion that's been running for around two days.
