Good lord, the helicopter controls are terrible, even with a gamepad, and it just wobbles like crazy.
It's like Rockstar has the game set to completely ignore the fact that the gamepad has analog sensitivity, because the slightest touch of the thumbstick for any flying vehicle jams it up to "max turn". Helicopters in particularly fly like shit when you're trying to hover, simply because of the absurd amount of correcting you have to do because aircraft sensitivity is way too high.
I also really hope somebody figures out a way to mod out Rockstar's incredibly shitty decision of making every flying vehicle act like it has permanent epilepsy. That fuck-awful shudder adds jack shit to the fun and is completely ridiculous.
It's a surprise commercial passenger planes in the world of GTA aren't dropping out of the sky. It's a miracle they even get off the runway, what with all the turbulence below 50ft
I do have to admit: the amount of turbulence wobble that's near constant with the Lazer is kind of ridiculous. It feels like I can't go 5-10 seconds without the plane wobbling about (and this is with a maxed out flight rating, too).
EDIT - btw, if anybody needs a helicopter pilot for a heist, hit me up. 1) I love flying helicopters (even with their wonky-ass controls in GTA5), and 2) I really need the cash (I just dropped $200k on a new car).

There are trainers out there that work in multiplayer, yeah. I've been avoiding open servers and will continue to do so until the first wave of bans go out at least.
I'm worried I'll get banned because I've been using the scripthook mod in singleplayer that comes with a vehicle spawner/skin changer
although I've yet to go into online with it installed (not that it works in online, the creator designed it to unhook if you launch online to prevent cheating, which is good because it's way more powerful than all of the other similar tools)
Any chance you're on PS3, as well? I've got it for both systems, but I don't want to transfer my character until I'm near 100. Gotta pop that trophy twice, and I don't plan on doing it the hard way!

How frequently are you seeing people using these weapons? I've only seen a single tank and a single armoured vehicle since starting playing on the PC. I was quite upset however to find out that armoured vehicles don't explode when you sticky bomb them.

On the 360 version at least, the scope doesn't actually add a scope effect, it just increased the zoom level when aiming.

The first scope on the Marksman rifle (the one on the right side wall) does NOT have zoom capabilities. You have to unlock the enhanced scope to get zoom.

Anyone having stuttering issues while using custom soundtracks on PC? It worked fine on my HD6950, but my new GTX970 is having issues when the selfy station is on. Any other radio station gets me buttery smooth 60+ FPS. I've downloaded ordered another 8gb of RAM, to bring me up to 16, just in case that's the problem. I've also got the game on a different SSD than the SSD that my music is, so I wonder if that's it?

No worries dude. I really want to get more heists in, I love 'em. So I'll be spamming everyone to play with me from about 9pm-12a.
Things to buy:
1) A high-end apartment so you can do heists
2) The cars that you want to own (I recommend the Elegy RH8 ($95k, and like the fourth best car in the game) for driving yourself around and either a Karuma ($95k, good both on and off road) or a Sultan (can carjack so it's basically free, fastest 4 door) for carrying a crew)
3) Armor
4) Guns
5) Ammo

Color of the notification I believe. At least definitely in the phone? Also you can have 5 crews names, gotta question if you can't remember the acronyms for them what you are doing in them :P

Has there been a couple of performance patches for the PC? Cause now I'm playing it at 1440P DSR, very high everything thing, 2x MSAA, high res shadow, high streaming while flying, and that other one I can't remember and the game is running solid.
The only bad thing is now I have to look at Trevor dookie stained whitey tighties super clear texture.

You should be getting text messages and calls and stuff from mission-givers - Trevor and Simeon and whoever. Those are the missions that were mentioned - accepting them will put you in a lobby where you can invite others to co-op help you on the mission.

I don't do any bad sport kind of stuff, brought an armored car just so I can get around without instantly being gunned down.
