Yes, by hacking/modding. They cause physics glitches and game crashes/freezing when you connect a lot of them together.
Also, came across this on R*'s blog. When you stop to smell the flowers, this really is a wonderfully beautiful game on max settings: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XwbQ8hV3kVM
I was just going to link that. The last part where they get the whole loop of trucks linked up shows how fucked the physics gets when you mess with it.
I'm running a session today at 4pm UK time, mainly for heists, co-op and friendly game. I'll invite anyone on my friends list; if you're not already on there and would like to join, befriend Thirith on the Social Club.
Edit: Thanks to scherbchen for joining! We failed for two solid hours, but we failed gloriously. 8-)

So, after starting out messing around with the editor some because @CorriganX is lazy, I've got a crappy preview lap of my custom track, Harmony Special Stage, uploaded to the youtubes.
Was in a lobby sat/sun looking for a 1v1 for daily objective. A guy says sure, so I go to him. He's in a super car that is constantly changing colors. He drops over a million dollars directly on me, and then drives away. He's running around asking who wants money and is giving it to them. People in lobbies don't actually care that others are cheating anymore, even when its stuff like invulnerability.
... I just wanted a 1v1 so I could earn my money.
Last night a buddy was in a lobby, someone made his avatar grow to like 10 times the size it should be, which then crashed his game.
Fuck lobbies, the game is dead. Rockstar needs to get on this shit, no "bad player" lobby locks, just revoke their keys.

I had the 1v1 daily a week ago. I ran around purposefully getting killed by anyone I could just to send a challenge. One guy finally accepts, and he starts teleporting all around, invulnerable, spraying me with bullets from his mini gun. Whatever, still got my daily.
The best one was when I needed to claim a bounty; I was flying around in a helicopter and see someone land a jet on the highway. I land a ways in front, pull out my rocket launcher, call Lester, place a bounty on him and then immediately blow him up.
As fucked as this game is with the cheating, it's still amazing fun.
My brother finally got the game this weekend so the Egonga-ses have been running wild around Los Santos.
Lobbies and matchmaking are a huge pain in the arse nowadays. I wanted to Host Rooftop Rumble to earn him some money and exp., but apparently they've removed the option to Host missions now? It's been a while since I tried so I'm not sure if they've buried the option somewhere in the sub-menus. So instead I was forced to join the mission without him and HOPE that the following criteria were met:
1) That there is a free space available.
2) That Client Invites is activated, allowing me to invite my brother to the game.
3) That the Host gives me the time to invite him before launching the mission.
4) That the Host doesn't immediately kick a low-level character.
After a couple of attempts we gave up. Also, what happened to the ability to Quick Join a game with any friends who are in the same free roam lobby? It used to come up all the time but they got rid of it because it was too convenient?
In the end I was able to Host a created race of mine, and after that we voted on a Rockstar Race and got placed into a 15-person race lobby (which was awesome).
Online, Jobs, Play Job, Rockstar Created Jobs. I think that's how you host. I'm not at home so I can't check, but I play by myself a lot now due to my weird schedule and lack of desire to play with hackers.
Really annoys me when I JUST want to play with friends, and I start up a mission, and by the time the screen loads there are 3 other random people already there.
I have to go to single player, then choose to go online, but go online in an invite-only instance, then host the mission, and only then will the matchmaking be set to closed by default.

That is one of the things I find absolutely unbelievable about how they've designed the online game. It strikes me as such a basic thing, to be able to play invite-only, yet access to it is hidden away in the most unlikely place (i.e. single player). I would've thought that this would be one of the first things to patch, but for some reason it's not been addressed.
I can defend a lot of their decisions, but that one is just so damn boneheaded.

If you're the one who started the mission, you can still set matchmaking to closed and kick the people who have already joined. I only have one friend who sporadically plays GTAO with me on PS3 (so I mostly run pretty much everything by myself), and I would have given up a long time ago if this option weren't available.
That's how I used to do it prior to the Heist update, but I don't believe the option is there anymore. Maybe I just missed it. I'll give it a go tonight.
So far my brother is enjoying the game, although I've cradled him from trolls like a mother eagle protecting an egg. Also helps that I hosted the Fleeca Job and earned him a cool 200k on his first day. To think how long it took me to afford a crappy 2-car garage under the freeway...

Here's the part that irks me the most (I can live with needing to load into single player to access friend/crew locked sessions):
After completing a mission or heist (for example, after I've finished running my random missions via the voting screen and opt to go back to free roam), the game will dump me into an invite-only session...and in order to get back to friend/crew restricted settings, I have to go back to single player and reform the session with the settings I originally chose.
And since I run exclusively friend/crew sessions, this is really, really annoying.

For those with low spec comps and wanting to play this game, give this video a watch. The guy gets some pretty good frames per second increases, though the game does kinda look like GTA3 instead of GTA5 afterwards, but its still running great, so whatever.

If you and your brother are on the PC side, let me know and I'll be happy to help run missions and maybe heists to help build up his monies, and get him rolling. I'm usually in late in the day EST, but I'm off of work until Sunday evening, so I'm pretty open suddenly.

No worries, I was on the 360 before PC, no "peasant" haterade here
I wish they would add a sea plane for people who didn't buy the game twice. I'd trade all the gold-textured bling for that, any day.
I wish they'd just add in that stuff for PC people at all. One of my favorite cars is forever unobtainable for me, and that's super annoying. (The Dukes).
It's not missing so much as I'm not spending 600$ to buy a PS3/x360 and a PS4/xbone and the game on both to get the "bonus" content for being a "returning" player. I fucking waited 2 god damn -YEARS- for this fucking thing to come out. I own every single previous PC GTA game. I think that is enough dedication to get the "returning" player DLC.
Now, if they were like "oh hey, 10$ dlc to unlock all that shit, but only for your PC license", that would be fine. I'd drop 10$ for all of that stuff. In particular, the Trevor missions with the Dukes car and the 3 or 4 different liveried up racing modified cars in single player, and to be able to save an Imponte Dukes in GTAO.
You have to transfer a previous save (from PS3 or Xbox) in order to obtain the original three Collector's Edition vehicles; Hijack Khameleon (Sports), the Hotknife (Muscle) and Carbon RS (Motorbike).
I take it from the complaints above that Dukes, Dodo and Stallion are similarly locked?
You can also never own the Albany Roosevelt (Sports Classic), Sovereign (Motorbike), Gusenburg (a tommy gun) or Musket (olde-style gun) as they were time-limited DLC and will never be made available again.

Are these three using a different model/stats from the versions that are in the PC version?

Oh, are they in the PC version? I wasn't sure. I know you had to transfer a character to unlock them on PS4/Xbone, so I take it you've transferred a character to PC?
