I respectfully disagree with that generalization. Vi is a very cool character, I just was saying that her NS skin didn't scream "One Piece Franky" to me.

The reason D&D isn't allowed an anime thread is because of the frankly distasteful attitudes of certain forumers who are anime fans, and of you look at the bulk of anime fans online, especially the 'my waifu' types who see nothing wrong with upskirt pose figurines and beachball tits with their own individual physics systems...

Magical Girl Lux reminds me a lot of Madoka, which was a pretty cool anime, all told. No objectification of the kids (apart from Mami, arguably) and a cool story.
Wholly unlike the current lore in LoL.
I still maintain That Ms Fortune's lore was tongue in cheek, and Jericho Swan's backstop is badass as hell.
I miss the "LeBlanc is EVERYONE!" thing they had going, too.

How is this related to the conversation that was being had about skins? I'm not talking about anything sexualized, merely commenting that a skin didn't really resemble a character from a manga/anime. I mean, I thought we were talking about skins, not moe tropes or other BS. I was trying to have a real dialogue about manga or anime skins.

I agree that Neon Strike Vi's Franky references are pretty much easter eggs rather than the skin as a whole, though. Her shades and taunt interaction are neat, but I prefer vanilla or Debonair Vi.
Debonair skins as a rule are awesome. Need more than just Vi and Ezreal, though. Also Archduke Nasus, but I already have Infernal, Dreadknight, Pharaoh, and Riot Nasus, so...

We've seen a pretty definitive spike in Eve's winrate during the past few weekes, so we decided to make some adjustments to bring her more in line with other junglers.

And maybe some Ahri and whatever other pink-themed champs there are. Because as a big, bearded man I find it hilarious to be represented as a pink little girl when conquering my enemies in online games. Or games in general. My sense of humour could maybe use some work.
Lux is actually a much stronger champion with the re-buffing of Athene's and the existence of Luden's to help with her inherent mobility and mana issues. She's not incredible, but she's definitely playable, especially as a counterpick.
Also Jinx is totally fucking broken strong in the meta right now, like god damn. Oppressively strong.

I think this is the first game I can say I ever carried. For some reason they decided to run a duo top vs me, and one of them fell behind so I kept eating them when they came back to lane. Lvl 3 ult refresh is also kinda crazy.

That's a really cool Mordekaiser skin. Much less pointy-looking than the others, which is a nice change of pace.
Note that the suit of Hearts is not represented. I would have thought that the Queen of Hearts with Syndra would be a gimme.

I think they just release things when they are ready, and sometimes there is nothing ready for a while followed by everything being ready at once.
That Ezreal skin is great (too bad I still hate Ezreal's voice and playstyle).

Honestly in my experience she can turn just about any match-up outside of some AD assassins into a skill match-up.
