I will then have the same issue as panth. Aka I have 3 awesome skins that I can't use at the same time. White problems you know? (I'm getting the Graves and garen skins)
One thing about Xin that I didn't suspect whatsoever is that he can knock people up with two hits thanks to Sated Devourer. Vayne can also proc Silver Bolts in two hits as well.

Oh shit.
That would be one hell of a time clearing but.
oh man that would be fun.

Experimented a bit with jungle fizz last night. Played one game with Devourer and one with Cinderhulk. Devourer didn't go too great, but I think I needed to build more beef afterwards instead of going right into a cutless like I used to. Cinderhulk worked well enough, but the game was kind of a stomp so hard to really evaluate. Haven't tried the Runeglaive item yet.

Tahm Kench is available, and i just learned that he has 46 (!) taunts for anemies and allies alike.
(to Xerath) "A slave's mind is never free, but I suspect you got yours on discount."
BUUUURN.
Other news: after only 2 days in Gold IV i got promoted to Gold III thanks to 6 wins in a row. I wasn't even playing that good (except one game 4/2/20 as Leona), i was being carried pretty much every game, farming and not feeding was enough for me. In last game our main carry was Blitzcrank, who ended 6/0/13 (and had 5 kills in i think 12 first minutes). Respect.
The writing for Tahm Kench is giving me new faith in their writers.
1. Very nice lore for all the champions involved; shows that there is thought going into characters/personality and what everyone hungers for
2. Good use of language--actually good writing that's fun to read/hear
3. Fantastic creativity--if you told me Tahm Kench was based on real American mythology (the way that Ahri is based on actual Korean mythology), I would 100% believe it; it's really pitch perfect. It feels like a real folk tale even though it's their invention. I even had to look up river demons to make sure it wasn't some sort of Mississipi fable I'd never heard of.

Play it in lane with smite. Smite helps your shitty clear and/or provides even more dueling power. Lack of a heal will be painful, but if you let your support heal and your AD bring mini-exhaust its the same kind of thing

Thirty stacks are really hard to come across unless actively jungling.

I'm finally getting back into playing if anybody hasn't gotten worn down from how bad I was before.
I played some support games on alt accounts and it feels like I've gotten back on the bike, but I'd rather somebody ride with me than try to ride a bike through a thick forest alone.
e: Also, I'm seeing quite a few chat rooms I frequent being spammed with this poolpartypromotion site...it's a phishing scam, so y'all beware of anybody saying anything about "check it out, Riot gathered a bunch of cosplay images" or equally poor phishing attempts.
I played some in the PBE. Devour into TF into Hydra. Double hydra proc on every other hit, plus his ult's passive, plus w, plus sheen if you time it right... it's devastating.

that's new
"you have no idea what the fuck you're doing up top do you"
"No? This champion just came out this is my first time playing him"
"That's no excuse for me to have more CS than you"
and I said "you're a kayle with nothing but 3 attack speed items, getting CS is the only thing you can do" and he ragequit

Hahaha I did the same thing.
He's basically a re-invention of the crossroads demon, which is pretty classic.

Woad Scout Quinn is on sale. Right before her Bilgewater skin. Not fair, Rito. Can't justify both, but it's tempting.

In fact, I'm pretty sure, if you listen to "Crossroads", you can hear Eric Clapton say, "You can still barrelhouse, baby, Tahm Kench the River King" during the third verse.
End of the game, dived the enemy team on Jinx, ASPLODED HER. and run away. For some reason 2 of them run off to stave off my team and garen/vlad team up after me (I think they all assumed they could take me (50% health) on by themselves).
Garen didn't build any defenses, so during my dodgeing I get him to pop his maw (he runs).
I immediately turn on vlad and get him halfway and use my BOTR on him (he pools).
DOESNT MATTER VLAD I SLOWED YOU.
POP he's dead.
garen didn't quite stay away....I jumped and killed him too.
Back are the days where you need HARD cc to stop jax.
Welp. after 3 years of league and hating Jax i guess it's finally time to learn him.
No way am I risking running into that
Assuming jungling, one point in Counterstrike, Empower, then Leapstrike each. After that max Leap Strike, then Counterstrike secondary.
When you engage, you can either pop Counterstrike early before you jump in to get the insta-stun -or- you can jump in and then pop it to get as much immunity as possible. This'll be situation dependent. When leaping, you have two options. If you're just going for a single hit trade (moreso in lane), you can wait for your passive to stack, then Empower before you go in, Leap Strike single hit, then walk away. Only really useful for single hit spikes where you can get away quickly before retaliation. More useful is to Leap Strike, then immediately auto, then Empower for an AA-reset. This guarantees your passive proc and is actually more damage from getting resets but obviously you're now sticking around for a little bit.

That is some damn good work.
I love that he is actively trying to ruin the other champions when they are on his team.

oh
oh god.
EDIT: This was a match where I didn't feel comfortable about anything at all. I felt like I should be having more of an impact all game.

Even when he's been considered OP, I've been very, very bad with Jax.
