Also Vernon is clearly the superior fighting goalie.

Kings minor league goalie charged with domestic assault
Three criminal threatening charges allege he told her: “If you don’t have anything to say I’m going to kill you,” “I’m going to punch you in the face if you don’t say anything,” and “I hope you know I’m going to knock you out and put you to sleep before I leave.”

Problem: Everyone hates all aspects of the all star game except for the fantasy draft.

    NHL solution?

    Remove the fantasy draft

No idea, I haven't really paid attention to the NHL this year. Been busy with grad school.

Been like that for a while though, I think.

Still wish Dylan Larkin was being unfair in college. Four straight games with a goal, first teenager to do that for Detroit since Yzerman.

Wow. Canadiens giving Condon some buffer room to work with to start the 3rd.

    Okay...

This is like the hawks 15th outdoor jersey in the last 3 years, idk what else there is to do with them. And there is really only so much you can do if you want to keep the logo on there.

I don't watch a lot of West conference hockey, so I'm not even sure what they changes!

The sleeve strip on the hawks, and....something.... on the wild?

I think the weirdest thing on the Hawks is the collar.

The Hawks could have at least used a cream or off-white color. The Wild could have done something like make the entire front of the jersey their logo; just enlarge it, angle it so it's going from upper-left to lower-right. It actually would have looked pretty good, at least in my head.

But look at what Detroit did. They changed the entire logo on the front to make it different, yet obviously the Red Wings. Hell, you could just take the main logo off and do some awesome graffiti work that says "Chicago," then leave the feathers on the sleeves. I mean, just do something. This makes them the Blizzard of Stadium Jerseys: copy, paste, call it something different. Hell, they've tried enough things in the past:
    ChiBHSweaters.jpg

The Bruins went all simplistic, but it's different enough. The Habs kind of inversed their colors, which is kind of cool, although it reminds me of the Houston Oilers, which is a bitter topic for me. My point is that both of these two are just flat out lazy.

I've only been able to watch a handful of games but the 3rd was by far the best period I've seen the Bruins play this year.

John Scott is currently leading the All-Star fan vote. I mean, I guess if Scott has to play in a game at least it's one that nobody wants to watch in the first place, but this stuffing the ballot shit is getting ridiculous.

I for one will love watching John Scott lumbering after 5 other players on the 3v3. I mean is he a good hockey player? No. But he seems like a decent enough guy, and he certainly has the name recognition of a "star". I mean, you say a name as generic as John Scott, and everyone knows who you are talking about.

Boston/Calgary. This is a pretty wild game.

That shit that Hamilton did which allowed Marchand the breakaway was the exact crap I hated about him in Boston. I don't miss it one bit.
