But T'Challa would get infected and try and cure it with his genius but fail to do so before turning into a Were-Panther and causing an outbreak in Wakanda which would become LAND OF THE WERE-PANTHERS with access to both ancient magicks and sick laser cannons and super science, creating a Were-Panther dominated future that even Strange cannot hope to stop

I can't see this going any other way than the two teaming up to tackle the wolves, T'Challa tracking them to their lair as Stephen works to form the spell to annihilate their breed of lycanthropy once and for all.
T'Challa finds himself pressed by weres on all sides as he descends into the sewers of London, silver-laced vibranium flashing in the darkness as it fells the beasts, but they keep coming.
On the Astral plane, The Sorcerer Supreme faces the ever-shifting threat of the lycanthropy curse itself, a raging beast made mad and powerful by eons of myth and legend. He finds himself overwhelmed, consumed by the beast, but he contains it within himself, while the Black Panther slays the pack leader and returns to the surface to consult with his ally.
Possessed by the curse, Strange battles the Wakandan king in the finale, but with his mind possessed by rage, he is shortly outwitted and defeated by the Panther in his own home, and Wong assists T'Challa with the final spell of cleansing to remove the curse from the Doctor.
Winner: Black Panther.
