Toggle power state will now be persisted across logoff/logon and also when switching heroes. Example: X-23 stances, Iron Man’s suit enhancements, Psilocke’s Psi-Katana toggle and many more.
Well, it's useful for the heroes that have toggles they don't change like Psylocke. Or Hawkeye. At least until they make them specializations or mutually exclusive powers in later reviews.
See to me the characters that have something other than just spirit for attacks bring more to the table. When a character is just a spirit spender I get sad.

Randomly got a Nisanti boots from The Hood while I was running Midtown yesterday. Unfortunately, I was leveling Cable so the boots were only lvl 41, but as they're best in slot for both Rogue and Black Panther, I upgraded those to lvl 60 right quick.
Yeah I love that you can upgrade uniques to 60. It helped a lot when I got a lower level thing slot, but the rolls were damn near max, so boosting it gave me a level 60 with great rolls.
I think I'll go back to playing Thing, its not for not liking nova, its just that he leaves so much shit on the screen, I miss death arrows and get tagged. Plus I miss Thing's bronx accent.

Yeah I love that you can upgrade uniques to 60. It helped a lot when I got a lower level thing slot, but the rolls were damn near max, so boosting it gave me a level 60 with great rolls.
