Hopefully they're taking cues from how they used Serena in Skyrim as far as how they do companions from now on.
She was much improved over the rest in how she actually interacted more and had her own opinion on places, things and the story like a New Vegas follower.
Otherwise the only one I'll probably end up giving a crap about is Dogmeat again.

Perks are different now
I was the guy who yelled out all the Todd Howard stuff and the guy who yelled out "what is wrong with you?" When that one guy yelled out shoot the dog.
You mention Serena, I look her up, and then remember I still need to start that DLC because I got lost and kept looking at the wrong location on the map for it.

He did a finisher move with the baseball bat that was insane.. hit the raider in the leg then when he was on all fours bashed his head in.
Combat looks greatly improved. Guns feel like they have real heft to them... when you disintegrate people with the laser particles of dust pop into the air.
Just ignore the stupid part where the IGN guy wonders if that means you can bang robots and dogs.
12 companions. Woah. Was not expecting to get that many. 4 more than Fallout 3, hopefully that doesn't mean they're just as disposable feeling.
Kind of disappointing. I was hoping that would be relagated to the realm of fanfiction. I suppose we have Witcher and every Bioware game to thank for mandatory romances that will probably spark by not being a dick to your allies.

Also codsworth is being added to fallout shelter.. he fights and auto picks up resources for you.also new enemies like deathclaws and molerats... and a new type of lunch boxes... the ios version updates when the android version releases august 13th.
Back to f4... the flamer looks awesome.. it actually set the room he was in on fire it looked like.

I'm pretty happy about it.
Its nice to have more games where you're more than just an asexual killing machine.
And I heard that the romances are totally open gender-wise, so yay for options (though characters having preferences isn't a bad thing either, a la Inquisition). Like Todd says all the time: do what you want.

Pulled my computer out of storage and finished up The Divide
turns out I was pretty close to the end but the area managed to make finding the path more difficult than I expected.
I sacrificed ED-E rather than launching the nukes as my official choice
just couldn't really bring myself to use them
but I think I lost the narrative somewhere in the year it's been since I started that DLC - the ending slide-show seems to claim that the ED-E in there is a duplicate / clone, and the other version should still be running around?
I was standing by the second registration booth (by the statue of the guy painting) before the show. I definitely saw you either then or when we were filing out after the demo. Left for the day. Will you be there tommorow? When does quakecon shut down for the day anyways?

Setting the area on fire was one of the things I loved about gta san andreas and one of the few redeeming things about postal 2. People with third degree burns across their entire body crawling across the floor was another.
But hearing that kill moves are in are a highlight of this at the moment.
