wonderfully crunchy, but they tasted slightly like cardboard
that was also a leftovers competition.
One of them took leftover tuna noodle casserole, threw it in a food processor, added some flour, and made dumplings.

The entree round he made a "leftovers frittata" which apparently he does all the time where he just takes whatever meats and veggies are in the leftovers and makes a frittata from them.

Trust me he deserves it. I'm glad they finally found a good replacement since "Beat Julia Child" was cancelled.
Blaptica dubia, for now. They reach a good size, aren't too picky about most things beyond needing some heat, and mature quickly. Plus they don't need substrate, so cleaning is easy.
