Basically I've been itching to build a new rig for a while, but this one's still too stout to justify it - but the psu is kinda a pos. So I bought a new case and psu, and I'll fire it up. If it works, great. If not, move on to sexy times.
Oooh and I'm not sure a fan test would tell me anything useful, I'm worried about power fluctuations on the 12v rail. I guess I could borrow a scope from work...
Has anyone been able to make the executioner work? The mounts feel so awkward. So far I've been fiddling with 6x ML and a large ballistic but it just feels so meh.

Assuming they're reasonable quality, I don't think the trade off in risk would be worth the very small return (is there any return?)...
Otherwise, you're missing out on the Quad SLI Titans.

I ran with your 1st Hussar Remnants this past weekend and have to say it was great having a cohesive group of CW guys to run with. I managed to get my best CW scores ever, and made me think of doing more CW just because of that.
So, we're back to collision detection sucking hard. I'm taking PPC hits from the front that strike my rear armor.
Guessing this is also the source of the "instagibbed by pinpoint damage" complaints I've seen.
I've been dying from losses of back armor from people infront of me shooting the front of me for so long that its gone beyond funny to just depressed indifference.
Ok so I caved and bought some mechs (cause I'm weak). Got my receipt in an email BUT no new mechs are in my 'Select' screen or anywhere else i can find.

When I buy a mastery pack, I find doing a quick normal drop can force it to refresh if need be. Restarting your client could also work, but that doesn't have the net gain of shooting robits in the meantime. For the record, though, I've never paid for anything in the game, received a receipt and not gotten my mechs/mastery pack/premium time/whatever.

I am green as a summer field but I am sure the crumpled remains of my Atlas will eventually fall on a sufficiently unlucky clan light... Plus it would be good to run with an active CW group
crab needs its ct shrunk,and removed from the top of the mech.
Just give it an extra 30 armor or structure and it'd be fine
King Crabs basically have a helipad for a..top? and that helipad is almost entirely CT.

They'd need like..+90 structure AND armor to make up for how obscene it is. Its like, the size of an entire awesome. the former posterboy for obscene CTs.
