    That's Linus, the camp librarian.
    IIRC in addition to Malachi, Linus, Colin, Purdy and Insomnia camper (knife juggler) all have held on to footwear.

    I think the two kids in the lower-right hand corner of panel 4 are new.. the black girl with the red hat and the round-faced white kid. We need a wiki for keeping track of campers.

    The boy camper has appeared before in 'Thud' and 'Boo Hoo' (probably others as well).

    The girl camper design seems familiar. I think the hat is just throwing me.
    Edit: take it back, I can't find girl camper with or without hat.

    The cat is an afterthought for me, something to look for after. I enjoy all of the campers and love it when they return, because we always find out a little more about them. Each one is so distinct and have personality all their own.

    But I'm one of those people who try to keep track of all of the side characters in A Song of Ice and Fire, too.

    Edit: and I'm sorry for being a weirdo and commenting so much today. I just like discussing this comic and reading other people's comments.
