All 5 of my amiibo have been unceremoniously shoved onto the middle shelf of my entertainment center next to the Wii U games. At least my yarn Yoshi is sitting on top of the external hard drive.
Gotta go in after work to get the kid's copy of Happy Home Designer and (hopefully) some cards. If they still have the retro pack it's going to be tempting, I really just want Duck Hunt though.
I wonder if the AC amiibo cards will sell out. I would want to buy a couple packs until I score an Isabella card or at most the whole set that can used for AC:amiibo festival.

As far as I know, it hasn't yet been confirmed that the major npc cards will actually work with amiibo festival. (Though yes, it will be a huge dick move if they don't.)

So I picked up my three pack and two card packs. No duplicates, so that was nice.
I was surprised though that they seemed to use today to restock basically all wave five stuff. Dorf was gone, but they had ZZS and Olimar, plus Inkling boy and girl, and plenty of retro 3 packs. I think Nintendo has definitely worked out much of their supply issues. So yea, if you are missing any wave 5 stuff, check Gamestop.
I'm part of FOUR amiibo groups on Facebook: a Canadian amiibo group, a Canadian AC card group, a Newfoundland amiibo group, and a Newfoundland AC card group. The Canadian ones are great for news and the local ones are great for trades.

I don't know about Target.com, I just work in one of the stores, but they fixed that in-store. They ring up for $5.99.
I would assume Target will refund the difference if someone actually bought them at that.
