The wipeout car yes the rest I could care less about
I wasted a lot of time playing Wipeout and it was the reason I said yes to ending up with a Psp as part of a bizarre loan
I'm just surprised Sony included the old guy from Tekken -- I figured they wouldn't want to remind people of PlayStation Unbalanced Too Many Words Smash Bros.

edit: and yeah, despite the fact that they tried real hard to make it look like a Playstation version of amiibo, this is a 3rd party company and Sony just liscensed out their characters to them.
Even Funko is getting in on these vaguely Skylander/amiibo looking figurines. The art style seems to be a low-rent version of the Disney Infinity figures though.
I appreciate them trying a style other than pop, at least. But these loook pretty poor to me. Going for the Disney Infinity look but not pulling it off.

I don't understand why you'd get these over regular action figures. I mean, when they're attached to some kind of toys-to-life game, I get it, but otherwise? Why wouldn't you want more articulation in a cheap figure?

I hate those Pop figures, with their featureless faces and empty black eyes. I don't understand why they're so popular.

I really can't stand Funko. Like, every style of figure I've seen from them looks terrible to me. I still don't get why they are so popular. The eyes especially on the Funko Pops are the worst.
I have no idea why sony is trying to do the amiibo thing. Like at least nintendo is doing mostly characters people like. There are a bunch from the sony lineup that I havent even heard of. Except for maybe the Aloy one depending how it looks, I can't see myself even looking at getting the rest of them.

Well considering the insane amount of animal crossing amiibo that are still everywhere/in the discount bin, making ones of characters no one cares about is a waste of time.

Funko figures are freaky and dead eyed. I only have one (Batman) that someone gifted to me but I wouldn't spend money on any of them. They are just cheap and soulless looking. Nothing like my Figma Samus, which is awesome and poseable. :P
