rent inspection!

cripes, the real estate dude is coming to check the place out from 9-5, and 9 is 15 minutes away

i mean the place isn't a dump but it's messy, and it'll take at least half an hour to clean

should i get crackin' or gamble on a late arrival and forget about it for a while?

also: share your rent inspection stories (if there are any)

    the people who own my apartment haven't set foot inside since i leased it, which is really best for everyone involved

    i think i lost the security deposit on it the first two weeks and it's kind of been all downhill from there

    No, though we were talking about the hammer the other night because somehow a fork got dropped in front of the TV, and it reminded us of our dear hammer.

    I promise our house is like a thousand times cleaner now that we have way more space and a dishwasher and a washer/dryer.

    Are you moving out? because i've never had random inspections while i was renting and living in an apartment. they usually only inspect when you are moving so they can decide to keep or refund your security deposit.
