Made a proper Ghost House level where you have to explore and progress by finding key items ala Resident Evil. It's not too long but I feel pretty good about it.

You know if you just flood a level with bricks it'll unlock the next set of things, right? Just keep dumping bricks and eventually the truck will show up.

To me that's more annoying than just waiting a day. I only play that game in maybe 15 minute bursts, except when I'm inspired and make that Airship level (my best one yet, definitely). I'll get around to it.

Nothing wrong with submitting poor / mediocre levels to the challenge! It's a good way to get advice for improvement. Kai_San has been getting a lot of feedback via this and is getting better and better at crafting courses as a result. I submitted first this week and already have good comments I'll use to tweak and resubmit. Also, there's a good chance you're harder on your courses than other people would be, so there's that.

I like the use of ceiling-spinies as geemers. Also that you can "sequence break" the underground section.
You put it in as zeroes, not letter O, correct?
Yes. I'm pretty sure the codes are hex, so there shouldn't be any letters beyond F.

I think I kicked about 20 shells at Bowser in testing before I realized he wasn't going to drop that way.
I thought the POW block was a bit more Metroid-ey.
Haven't had time to turn the game on since last week-end. I'll check it out tonight.
