The past couple weeks my lights have been flickering. .a few times a couple rooms went out...i reser the breaker...it worked..now..past 2 wks...my bedroom on upper floor anond kitchen on main floor both out...but not completely. .just ceiling fans and outlets but not ALL in each room...then the ceiling fan in dining room as well tonight! Had a friend electrician come in..tightened the screws...didnt work obviously. .im scared to death of an electrical fire...prayers every day...but the box itself is labeled incorrectly 
I reset it 3xs tonight trying to get the rooms to reset...and NADA.....what to do bc i cant sleep scared! Plz respond with ur expertise opinion

I had an issue similar to this a couple of years ago and it turned out to be a defective component outside of my property that was supplying bad power to my home. It caused a lot of damage to my electronics in the process and I had to go through a claims process to get reimbursed.
doesn't mean its that, but what I do know is that power flickering in your entire home is a serious issue that you need diagnosed immediately
we also talk about other random shit and clown upon each other
