The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
"Armello is a digital re-creation of a traditional fantasy tabletop role-playing game featuring dice and an assortment of cards that allow the player to carry out specific actions. Up to four players assume the role of a Hero character that represents a specific animal clan, each with their own unique strengths, with the ultimate goal to storm the castle and become the new king or queen of the kingdom. The playing board area is divided into hexagon-shaped tiles that contain randomly-generated features such as dungeons to explore, quests to complete, rival heroes to battle, or settlements to capture.
[...]The full version of the game was released for Microsoft Windows, OS X, Linux and PlayStation 4 on 1 September 2015."
Well they were specifically talking about erotic anthropomorphic animal art. That and they had never heard of the furry thing until after creating that strip. Later on Jerry talked about looking at said erotic furry art now and then http://www.penny-arcade.com/news/post/2011/7/27 and even talked to some of the folks at Sofawolf press (I don't think he ever went to a furry convention though).
While I'm certain they won't be creating any of their own or hanging out at Anthrocon any time soon I doubt they feel the same now as they did thirteen years ago when that strip was originally created.
And considering that she's basically twee fantasy Lara Croft I kinda feel like her response to people fighting her would be to hurl insults and extra equipment at them.
