It's just most things don't look like they could possibly have dinosaurs, so this time it's extra sad

I'm not really a fan of killing non-predators in games to be honest, it's unpleasant attacking something that's minding its own business, and too many games are asking you to do it now.
There is a horrible conservative journalist over here (Australia) called Andrew Bolt. He recently got successfully sued for being a racist fuck by writing about how certain people were too white to call themselves Aboriginal.
Yeah the Far Cry person is fictional and can't sue you but saying he's too white seems a little problematic to me.
Have they released video of megafauna other than saber sabertooth and mammoths? I'm guessing they went with that so they could reuse models from the last and release it faster.

I mean dinosaurs are amazing and all, but the giant mammals and birds that followed them are fantastic
Like how about Brontornis, the 9 foot tall predatory bird with a beak that could probably cut small animals in half?
Or Andrewsarchus, a massive horrifying predator, whose closest living relatives are sheep?
Or Giganthopithacus, The 3 meter tall apes?
I know all of these were long extinct by the time humans appeared, but its a videogame, pleeeeeaassssseee put some of these in ubisoft.
I'm not even sure they're going to be sized up. The sabertooth in the trailer is regular tiger size.
But I would be more interested if there were dinosaurs which people have been clamoring for since FC3
given that it's a Far Cry game, I'd bet that the vast majority of the combat in the game is against other humans anyways
