After two splits of competitive play, theScore eSports has learned that Gravity are in the process of selling their spot in the NA LCS.
Gravity's inception began at the beginning of 2015 when Curse Academy qualified for the NA LCS. Due to Riot's Sponsorship rules, Curse was only allowed to own one LCS team, resulting in the lengthy bidding war that was eventually won by Davis "Samurai" Vague. The Academy squad would then be rebranded as the Gravity organization they've been known as for the past year.

Yeah, as it reads right now the mana gain (lets face it, the only reason to ever build it) is being nerfed hard. In favor of some kind of CDR on crit nonsense. Most spells can't crit, many ad caster types want nothing to do with crit as a result.
If you want CDR there's already an easy 30 fron Cleaver amd defensd items, or cleaver and runes/masteries. Hell, Cleaver and boots is 35.
Sure, but that crit rate isn't as good for Ezreal as more AD would be. Basically the item has lost its old niche (mana sustain) and now you have conflicting stats.
Ez likes everything on it. He's more indifferent to crit. This also lets hin buy greaves or defense boots.

but still, [email protected] the statements that ad casters want nothing to do with crit
no ad caster has such an involved spell rotation that you won't autoattack somewhere in between and why not crit then because rng extra damage with the sheer amount of AD you tend to have is always gr8
they don't stack crit and they probably won't build new essence reaver because they could just build cdr but to say they want nothing to do with crit is disingenous
I should have been more clear - crit is not something they care about in that it's not a driving factor in deciding what to buy. It's incidental.
The problem is that you still have to pay gold for it. If Essence Reaver was just a Brutalizer upgrade that added more AD and mana on hit, it would be a better AD caster item.
But it's the best item to build. The only reason you might ever not build it is if you are AP or you need to make space for another endgame extra infinity edge.
RIP Brutalizer. The most 1337 item in the game is no more. (And it's funny, because it literally was - it was the absolute best first buy for ad casters for breaking their lane opponent in half to snowball)

I haven't seen anyone mention the change to sweeping lens you can see in their video. At 22 seconds it's following Soraka around (letting her clear more area), instead of being on one spot:
Gold Dream is pretty dead for this season, but I finally got my internet back yesterday and I am still getting a lot of joy from playing League, so all's well. I expect next season will not include things such as dissertation, unemployment, living at parents' house with the worst internet, and terrible mental state leading to bad gameplay, and as such I'll be able to reasonably climb before the last month or two of the season.

Gold dream dead here as well, started in Bronze 1 this season after not playing for a year, crawled up to Silver 2, and still climbing, just not enough time this week to make a final push. Next season!
I really like the design. Talk about zone control. Has it been explained how the passive works? Can it be manually activated? If it's purely automatic or otherwise cannot be activated or procced reliably, then I guess they have no desire to see her in the Jungle.
Top lane?
Sev: Your gameplay is the most heavily yomi based around. Usually you look for characters that allow you to force guessing situations for big dmg. Even if the guess is mathematically nowhere near in your favor lol. You're happiest when you have either a 50/50, 33/33/33 or even a 75/25 situation to go crazy with. And you will take big risks to force those situations to come up.

So many completely undeserved wins because ghostblade blessed me with frontloaded crits.
