I'd like something like Dishonored but instead of the non-lethal option being effectively ruining their lives that there is a complete pacifism run where you actually figure out a way to improve them as people so they stop doing bad things.
Like convince the evil dictator that it didn't matter that his father never accepted him, he is his own person and should do things that he considers rewarding like maybe pursuing art like he wanted to as a boy.
