Badges not Arriving

Did the Earlybird thing for Badges in December last year, badges still not here and were posted in bunches in September (9 months after purchased) and when queried blame straight on Australia Post .PAX cant confirm that they were sent but regardless its Australia posts fault .

I'm sorry you're in this situation, but this isn't really a great place ot resolve the issue. Honestly, your best course of action is to contact info@paxaustralia.com.au in regards to this as that is the main monitored contact for them in regards to passes. I have see others in the past who have been able to resolve missing passes so hopefully they can help you out.
