I'm surprised they still trust Jim given his track record, haha. Oh well, a shortcut is a shortcut, right? ;)

these story line comics that last for 5+ comic strips are really annoying for me to read when the strips are only 3 panels long. It's like I'm reading a comic book at the pace of 3 panels every 4 days. It's frustratingly slow. For arc based strips like this, I'd much rather either see the strip released all at once, or in a bundle of strips at a time.

Protip: stop reading the site for two weeks, then come back :rotate:

It's 3 panels every 2 days. And now you know how people felt reading Dickens' serials in the newspaper. Yeah, I compared PA to Dickens.

    I think it's appropriate.

    I don't think it is

I've been known to finish reading a PA comic

And if Jerry is being paid by the word, that is a pay scale every author would kill for.

In my head Jim sounds like Comic Book Guy from The Simpsons.

So according to this comic, timezones are hellish magics of such perversity that even a practiced master of arcana would prefer torture to dealing with it.

As a programmer, this checks out.

I doubt it's a coincidence that we're getting commentary on this topic in comics that are running right when Mike and Jerry (well, now just Jerry... get well soon Mike) are traveling for PAXAUS.

This is Jim, he is clearly traveling by torturing, not being tortured.

@Trygyl I don't know if they "trust" Jim, they just can't control him.

I hope the PAXAUS Make a Strip panel features a PiP of Mike sitting on his couch, wrapped in blankets, critiquing Kris's drawing.

"Pff...I draw my dicks way better than that. That is an inferior dick."

"Is that abomination supposed to be a drop bear?"

"Oh god, look at how he's organizing his layers. People of Australia, today you bear witness to the death of comics. It was a good run, but Kris just ruined comics forever. Thanks, Kris!"

Man, I know. It sucks when people who produce content I enjoy for free don't release said content on a schedule beneficial for me.

Who is Torturia and how did Jim get so well-acquainted with her agony holes?
